Kerry Nicholas – Managing Director
Kerry has been working in the real estate communications arena full time since 1987. From a background in commercial property with Tideway clients as diverse as Land Securities, Lambert Smith Hampton and Portcullis House, Westminster, Kerry set up its overseas residential property division in the burgeoning international market of 1997. With over 20 years in the business, there is no other more experienced UK professional in the world of residential real estate marketing.
Lindsey Kavanagh – Account Director
Lindsey Kavanagh has a strong events background. As well as working for Emap and Touchstone Exhibitions, she has worked as Marketing Manager at Reed Travel Exhibitions on events in Dubai, Cairo and their flagship event World Travel Market. In these roles she was responsible for all marketing strategy and activity including PR, international advertising and direct mail campaigns and website activity. She has valuable golf experience having worked as Marketing Manager on International Golf Travel Market and launched City Break, Reed’s event focussing on the burgeoning city break sector.
Lindsey has also worked for a ‘Reader Holiday’ tour operator where she developed her knowledge of the UK regional and local media. She has travelled extensively in South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Central and South America. She speaks Spanish and French, she holds the CIM Advanced Certificate in Marketing and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Antonia Koumantaropoulou – Account Director
Antonia has a travel and hospitality PR background having worked for both in-house (Starwood Hotels & Resorts) and agency PR roles (Media Consulta UK and bgb communications). Some of the brands she has worked for include Sheraton hotels, Westin hotels, Luxury Collection hotels, InterContinental, Sandals Hotels & Resorts, Tourism Australia, Malta Tourism Authority, Balearic Islands Tourism Authority. In these roles she was responsible for the implementation of PR plans and strategies, planning and hosting press trips, external and internal communications and sourcing partnerships. Antonia has a post graduate degree in Marketing Communications from Westminster University, and speaks Greek (native speaker), French and Italian.
Georgia Wilderink – Financial and Accounts Executive
Georgia joined us in January 2010 to provide book-keeping and accountancy assistance for Tideway Communications, its suppliers and clients. She is also unofficially the office manager and online researcher and provides account support to the team.
